At Kewchē, we print-on-demand! Each product is meticulously crafted upon order placement, ensuring its uniqueness. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges for instances where customers have selected the wrong size or color, or in cases of personal preference changes.
However, should your order arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing error, we are committed to providing a resolution. We offer a free replacement or a refund if the issue is reported within 30 days of product delivery. To initiate this process, kindly contact our team via the “Contact Us” page and provide clear photographic evidence of the concern. If multiple products with the same design are affected, please provide an additional photo (or video) capturing all impacted items in one frame for confirmation purposes.
Please note that Kewchē cannot be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the issue pertains to an incorrect size or color selection by the customer. In instances of unsuccessful delivery, you have the option to choose either a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund.
For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, there is a print placement tolerance of 0.5 inches, meaning minor variations in print placement won’t be considered as defects. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and aim to address any concerns promptly and efficiently at Kewchē.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Returns@Kewche.com and send your item to: {To Be Notified}.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
